I'm a beginner, is coaching right for me?

Yes. Programs are calibrated to your current level to help you progress safely, with adapted loads and volume until you gain autonomy.

How long before I see results?

The first signs (energy, fitness, feelings) often appear within a few weeks. Visible changes depend on your goal, consistency, and nutritional follow-up.

How does remote coaching work?

You receive your plan, adjustments based on your feedback, and regular check-ins by message or call depending on the package. The goal: stay aligned with your real life, not a rigid protocol.

Is nutrition included in the coaching?

Depending on the offer, dietary guidance can be included or offered as a complement. We define this clearly during the first exchange.

Can I book in-gym sessions even if I do online coaching?

Yes, depending on the packages and available slots. Online coaching and in-person sessions can coexist to combine flexibility and hands-on guidance.

I have scheduling constraints, is that a problem?

No. The plan is built around your real availability (work, family, travel) so you can sustain it long-term.

How do I book a first session or program?

Send your request via the contact form: I'll reply for an initial exchange, and if it's a match, we'll set up the next steps (session or program).

Is there a minimum commitment?
